Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our Return & Refund Policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as personal care products, clearance or sale items, and any items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return. Return Process

- Approval: Once we approve your return request, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect your return within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund as applicable.
